• Muhammad Reza Cassam Uteem
  

Director of Consilex Ltd, Muhammad Reza Cassam Uteem is one of the leading barristers in the offshore sector in Mauritius. His practice concentrates on international commercial law, trusts, structured finance and tax consultancy and all aspect of offshore business activities. He graduated in the UK and holds an LLM in International Business law from the University of London. Muhammad was called to the Bar of England and Wales at the Middle Temple and is also a member of the Mauritian Bar. Muhammad Uteem was an associate of US firm Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Robert (now Pilsburry Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP) for three years and worked principally in its Hong Kong and Singapore offices. Muhammad is also a member of the National Assembly.

• Fakr-ud-Deen Ali Peerbux
  

Ali is a Director of Consilex Ltd. He is a qualified ACCA since 2005. He has been involved in the offshore sector for many years and has been involved in the administration of numerous investment vehicles. His area of his expertise is fund administration and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Zyad Khodabocus
  

Zyad forms part of the accounting team of Consilex. He is a chartered accountant qualified in the UK. Prior to joining Consilex, he was working at one of the major management companies in Mauritius as a senior accountant. He also practised as an auditor at one of the big four in Mauritius and also worked in a medium accountancy practice in the UK. He has extensive experience in international  and domestic accounting and tax matters. He brings to the team a thorough knowledge in accountancy and management skill to support the team of Consilex.
